Our Story
Revive was started by an occupational therapist with a passion for assisting injured workers throughout Oklahoma and beyond. Revive has grown from an outpatient occupational therapy clinic to a clinic with the knowledge and experience to offer assistance with the entire Federal Workers’ Compensation claim’s process. Today Revive occupies a spacious 5000 square foot clinic with individual treatment rooms and a gym with state-of-the-art therapy equipment. The Revive team consists of therapist’s, physician’s, acupuncturists, yoga teacher’s and federal worker’s compensation specialist’s devoted to assisting injured workers.
